09/23/14 I am lucky to have the gym to blow off steam. Im not sure what Id do if I didnt. Back Squats with safety squat/yoke bar: -75 x 20 -125 x 15 -165 x 10 -205 x 5 -255 x 3 -305 x 2 After all sets, ab wheel x 5 and reverse hypers x 10. Add belt: -315 x 10 singles. Romanian Deadlifts all x 5: -135/185/225/275/315/365/405 Leg extension: each leg x 50 Hip work with mini band x 50 My entire posterior chain is smoked, but everything feels jacked. I think if somebody kicked my ass they would break their toe. Next time I will do 315 x 11 as the weight got very challenging near the end. https://youtube/watch?v=EsS0CVVWagI
