0z NAM forecast 32 degree line position at 6:00 AM and at 9:00 AM showing pockets of subfreezing air within areas where the temp is forecast to rise a degree or two above freezing. I think well see steady or maybe even rising temps during the overnight hours but as precipitation begins to fall, the temps will respond downward and some areas will be below freezing with sleet and freezing rain. Even where the temps are above freezing, at the onset, there will be some sleet mixed in until the atmosphere moistens up. Watch temps prior to going to to church, work or if you have to travel on Sunday especially in the early morning hours. At 9:30 the temp at my house was two degrees warmer than it was at 6:00. Remember, these maps are just from one model source.
