1/19/15 - THREE CATS AND ELEVEN DOGS TRANSFERRED FROM KLEIN ANIMAL SHELTER YESTERDAY. These are the cats and dogs Crystal Dawn and I were able to transfer yesterday for a few rescue groups and foster locations. We didnt get a picture of the Calico cat we took. The names are in order of the pictures: Coco, Samson, 3 month 3 pound male puppy didnt have a name yet, Yellow female Terrier didnt have a name yet, female Pit Bull mix didnt have a name yet, Dillon, Baxter, Trixie, Miracle, Paluxy, Jager, Cushing, and Chumley. Stacy is setting appointments for rescue groups as she can get back to them and get paperwork ready. She may not have time to update the web site right away for the ones that are leaving or have left. Another rescue was scheduled to pick up about 11 dogs this morning. I am working on setting up spays/neuters and vaccinations for four more of the dogs for adoption, and to go to foster. All rescue groups must call the Klein Animal Shelter number 903/586-7336, and leave a message for Stacy. Please be patient with her getting back to you.
