Paul writes this TO a Gentile church FROM a Gentile church. The implication is that there is strong suggestion here that the apostles carried with them the celebration of festivals like Pentecost (the coming of the Holy Spirit) and Pascha (Easter resurrection), which precedes Pentecost by 50 days.
