Area Process Engineer Job purpose To provide technical support to Area Process Engineering Technicians and apply Process Engineering principles and techniques to improve capacity, yield and efficiency of the designated unit of assignment General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a Refining Process Engineering, Operations or Laboratory. Good knowledge of English language 3.Area Inspector Job purpose To represent the Inspection Division and work as part of Unit Business Team to ensure and enhance the availability and reliability of static pressure equipment in the designated area through performing a wide variety of daily inspection activities. General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: No previous experience required. Good knowledge of English language 4.Engineering Head Job purpose To drive and coordinate the engineering efforts of the Project Division, covering projects that ultimately deliver new and upgraded facilities and systems at SATORP. General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in Engineering or Construction, of which at least Four (4) years in a similar position. Good knowledge of English language 5.Legal Metrology Expert Job Purpose: Proper controls of measuring equipment are in place. Audits are conducted on time and in accordance with Company procedures. General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science. Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the field of metrology and physical measurements in a Refining, petrochemical industry or in a control company, of which at least Two (2) years in a Supervisory/ Group Leader position. Good knowledge of English language 6. OSBL Shift Supervisor Job Purpose: Ensure optimal operations within the Area 8 OSBL Unit in compliance with daily operating and scheduling instructions and in accordance with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations; as well as general operating procedures. General requirements: Education Background: Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering. Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in Refining or Terminal Operation with a minimum of Three (3) years as a Shift Supervisor. Strong command of oral and written English. 7. OSBL Leader Operator Job Purpose: Ensure condition and export of products within the Area 8 OSBL Offsite unit, are in compliance with daily operating and scheduling instructions and in accordance with safety, occupational health and environmental SATORP regulations as well as general operating procedures. General requirements: Education Background: Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering. High School with a Technical Operator Certificate is equivalent. Experience: Four (4) years of Operating experience, which normally includes a career progression through the operator II and III positions. Good command of oral and written English.. 8. OSBL Field Operator Job Purpose: Load/unload ships and receive and transfer products between ISBL and OSBL storage tanks in a way which is compliant with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations at SATORP. General requirements: Education Background: Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Two (2) years of Operating experience. Good command of oral and written English. 9.ISBL Day Operator Job Purpose: Assist the Operations Engineer in the follow-up and supply of chemicals and bulk materials. General requirements: Education Background: Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering. Experience: Three (3) years of Operating experience. Good command of oral and written English. 10.Supervisor Planning Job Purpose: To manage the operations of the Middle Office with the support of a Planning Team and make sure that feedstock and products are smoothly and systematically received and delivered. General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in Petroleum Refining, of which at least Four (4) years in a similar position. Strong command of oral and written English. 11.Linear Programing Engineer Job Purpose: To develop, modify and maintain up-to-date a Linear Program (LP) tool that simulates the whole Refinery and support and guide other Technical and Optimization functions through this tool to ensure its proper functioning and effective use. General requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Five (5) years of related Refining experience, of which at least Two (2) years in a similar position. Previous working experience as Process Engineer, Planner or Performance Control Engineer is preferred. Strong command of oral and written English.
