1 HOUR drive move less than 10km.!! 😡😡😡 2.5HOUR from Seri Kembangan to Mont Kiara!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 LDP along Puchong has one of the WORST traffic in the whole Malaysia i would say!!!!!!!! Alredy extended to 6 lane highway both direction!!! Also JAMMMM!!!! Wat da hell...!!! Do we really need TRIPPLE layer vertical elevated highway in future? 6:00pm i left Equine Park heading back to Mont Kiara... 7:00pm i am still infront Puchong Bandar Puteri!!!!!!! 7:30pm pass Sunway Toll..? 8:00pm reach Infront 1utama... 8:20pm reach Mont kiara..!!!!!!!! 😴😴😴 What the hell was that OMFG!!! But anyway as i was stucked in the traffic, i was actually enjoying the view of my Left & Right the construction, developments, railworks, road extension, highway interchange, infrastructure upgradings, Beautification of landscaping, refurbishing of old buildings, etc etc... Massive transformation is going on here heading southbound. Heading up also jam, Heading down also jam!!!!! If i got money i will buy HELICOPTER!!!!!!! 🚁 As i am driving up north, i see opposite direction cars heading south also jam like hell, and never ending cars passing by all driving down south. Probably tens of thousands of car heading south! At many times i was really wondering to myself; WHY the heck are there so many cars heading south? WHERE the heck are they heading actually? ARE there really so many people living down south? WHY this direction...? Hah!!!! It means my investment portfolio on comercials shoplots n buildings down south is definitely a safe bet. Probably wont go wrong gua..? LOL!!! Puchong South, Tasik Prima, Meranti Jaya, Bukit Puchong, Bukit Jalil, Puncak Jalil, Sierra 16, DAlpina, Seri Kembangan, Equine Park, Cyberjaya, All these are current up and coming hotspots whereby massive developments are on going, you can see earthworks on all the printscreen i snap while i got nothing to do being stucked in the traffic jam. All these snapshots are interconnected to accessibilities like, LDP, SKVE, NKVE, ELITE, MEX, SKIP. I would definitely say it will be a safer bet going down SOUTH directly instead of going North (Rawang), or South East. (Bangi, Semenyih) or South West (Kota Kemuning-Jenjarom) or North East (Guthrie-Denai Alam). (*i may be wrong, u dont have to listen to me b...s..t) Personally i think, Heading southbound directly will be a better bet is because i just follow the direction; - where Government goes, - where Infrastructure goes, - where Mega developer goes, - where connectivity goes, - where population migration goes, - where baby boomers goes, - where gen-Y young couple goes, - where seasonal investors goes, - where employment goes, If heading south is a bad choice, can anyone pin out a better place for me to target? Ive tried lookin into north east, Denai alam, Sunway kayang area, jelutong area, guthrie highway direction... Seems not so favourable yet coz its still a new township neighbourhood which is not too matured yet fundamental (RENTAL) are not strong. Ive tried looking into South East Bangi, Semenyih, Nilai direction... Still not favourable for me yet because too far from the central without much government future plans or activities and employment there, as well as fundamental on rentability factor not promising on that area. Sigh... Forget it la!!! Come back to KL & PJ. Most promising address to park your money always comes back to the standard addresses; Klcc Bukit bintang Ampang Mont kiara Sri Hartamas Bangsar Midvalley KL sentral Damansara (heights, jaya, perdana, uptown) Bandar Utama Kota damansara Ss2, Kelana jaya, Bukit jalil Tmn desa Sunway Subang If can afford? Come back as CENTRAL as you can. If cannot afford? Buy anything within or alongside the INNER RING ROAD i always call it the connectivity between (MRR2-LDP-KESAS). This 3 major highway is a BIG ROUND CIRCLE HIGHWAY circulating Greater KL and PJ. Tired dy... To be continue blow water tomorow... 5:20am, Goodnight Malaysia. JL™
