1. I believe almost all leaders make their followers live in an environment of fears and favors. These two important components will empower the leaders grip of authority over the people. 2. Just take a look at world history of any country, from the Chinese emperors to the Roman kings, one can notice these tyrants or dictators manipulate their people to obey them unconditionally. 3. Similarly, modern leaders such as Saddam Hussein, or Gaddaffi, created a culture of fears and favors to control and run their countries. 4. I also believed Christian leaders, whether they are pastors, bible professors, elders, or deacons also used such despicable tactics to run their congregations. The only solution to prevent such abuse of powers is to implement a system of governing the organization. Therefore, I believe let the 66 books of the Bible and the placement of checks and balances of powers must be enforced. No one is above the Bible and all things must be done in proper and in order to ensure no misuse or abuse of powers.
