1. I wanted to know if donated breast milk is screened for diseases when someone is taking it to give to their baby? I just noticed on their Facebook page women who offer breast milk to come and get it from where they are but just wanted to know I guess if women just chance it for their babies or is there proper screening done first or if its not necessary. 2. Has anyone found a miracle cure for your hair falling out postpartum? With my son it started at 3 months and started growing back when he turned 1. My daughter is only 3 weeks and its already started thinning! Help! 3. Hi I have a 6 yr old and a 4 month old. I would love to have another asap so this time the age gap wont be so far apart. But my husbands says no more and he is pretty solid of his decision. Has anyone been in my situation and hubby turned around agreeing to a last baby? 4. My son has always been a regular vomiter from birth. I was told he would grow out of it. He is 5 months old now and vomiting more than ever! And its smelly. Ive asked my MCHN, nurse on call and GP several times and they all keep saying its normal and he will grow out of it. It doesnt bother him; he is very happy and gaining lots of weight. Just wondering if anyone elses baby has had this problem, and if so what age did they grow out if it? 5. My little man (4.5) has had severe eczema since he was 4 months old, our latest issue is hand soap, his kinder are amazing but he spent the first 6 months in agony with eczema from his finger tips to his elbows, I eventually realized it was the hand soap they use, we are soap free at home and Im wondering what if anything other eczema families use for hand washing, I would love to know of any soap free options so they can use more than water. 6. I was wondering if anyone has used nipples shields when breast feeding? Do they help when your nipples are sore and cracked? Did baby take to them well? Also how did you know what size to buy? 7. I recently moved to north side of Brisbane, Im 35 weeks pregnant and found out this afternoon from my GP that we didnt meet the boundary to go to the royal hospital. The next one is Redcliffe. Anyone have any information about the hospital and service? 8. Just wondering if anyone elses child crawled backwards first? And if so how long did it take for them to work out how to go forwards? My 8 month old crawls backwards then sits herself up, crawls backwards them sits herself up, goes on like that all day.
