Since 1-mar-2014, Bharat Swabhiman Trust workers , AAPians, RSSians, etc refused to take up Mauririus issue. And We at Right to Recall Group have been persuring this issue since I started movement in oct-1998, and we never gave up. In apr-2014, I gave two newspaper advertisements for my election, and both informed voters about Mauritius route and damage it causes to Indian companies. And in addition, we recallists have run a systemetic campaign on Mauritius route. And some 2 bit announcement came yesterday on automatic exchange of tax information. and that is hailed as some major achievement. Well folks, that announcement makes zero difference. . Now Mauririus route can be ended in 2 days by adding following lines in Gazette All companies in India will taxed oon their income , wealth, sales, manufacturing etc at same rate i.e. corporate rates, irrespective of country of origin, and foreign individuals will taxed at corporate rates. With this one line in Gazette, which can be printed in 1 day, Mauririus companies will stop getting lower tax rates. Now those who want Mauritius cokpanies to enjoy lower tax rate can oppose this line (eg most BST workers I know now support Mauritius route in very clever ways !!). . Exchanging tax information means Mauritius govt will inform how much tax Mauritius companies have paid in Mauritius. That information companies were anyway giving to GoI so that they can get zero tax rate in India. And if at all it benefits, it benefits Mauritius, that the companies now will have to pay 3% tax in Mauritius !! It doesnt benefit India at all. . Has she worked as even district level education officer before? She has done well in impressing apex leaders like Pramod Mahajan who gave her Loksabha ticket in 2004 for Chandani Chowk and later Maharashtra BJP Youth Wings apex position. Later, she impressed other BJP-apex-leaders and got Rajsabha seat from Gujarat in 2011. She does well in scripted interviews (all interviews are paid interviews and scripted interviews). Thats about it, as far as I know. . Now I am NOT asking NaMo to replace Education Minister --- this is something ONLY those who votes for NaMo should do. This election, I voted for NoTA for because all candidates in my constituency were opposed to Right to Recall, Jury System etc. The task of asking NaMo should be left to those who supported him. . The option I will work on is to ask voters to order MPs via SMS to print Right to Replace/Recall Education Minister draft in Gazette. Appointment of Jetley and Mrs Irani --- NaMos decision or power of MNC-owners? . Please make no mistake please, the MNC-owners and their paidmedia are BIGGER than (NaMo + AK + Sonia + ALL MPs). Please go back in time ---- 4-apr-2011 to 9-apr-2011 Annas Janater Manter anshan days. On 9-april-2011, Anna\AK were bigger heroes than Swami Ramdevji and NaMo. Now one Minister Arun Jetley -- is a highly nefarious character. In around year 2001, he had sold Moden Food which had plots worth over Rs 4000 crore across India to MNC named Hindustan Lever for just Rs 150 crore. Arun Jetley also drafted Juvenile Justice Act in year 2001 which says a young man below 18 years will be punished for no more than 3 years, no matter how many murders, abductions, rapes etc he does !!! This act was the ONLY reason why Damini suffered cruel death on 16-dec-2012. And Mrs Irani too isnt worthy of corporation seat,, is now not just Rajsabha MP, but also education minister. . Why is NaMo appointing such nefarious and useless people at top? Either he sees some great virtues and abilities which I am not aware of. OR, the MNC-owners and paidmedia-owners are forcing NaMo to appoint such people. You decide which is the reason.
