1. Save money, save time, and lose weight by prepping coffee and green tea. I hate getting up early in the morning. I need every minute of sleep and thats why I go ahead and make 2-3 pots of coffee every Sunday and put them in a pitcher so I can chug it down as soon as I wake up. I also do the same thing with green tea. I boil 5-6 bags in a large cooking pot and then put them in a pitcher too so I can drink green tea all week. I know if all else fails and my diet goes to shit at least Im drinking green tea every day. 2. Make a list I use the app Any.Do and go ahead and come up with everything I want to get done for the week. The cool thing about Any.Do is that it also helps you keep track of your ideas that you want to do someday. 3. Cook a slow cooker meal. If you type in slow cooker recipes into allrecipes youll get over 1200 results ranging from beef stroganoff to adobe chicken. A lot of them are simple recipes that are easy to make. I like to double the ingredients so I have a meal ready every day after work. If I always have something to eat than I can avoid the fast food cravings.   4. Sweat the weekend out. I use the app Runkeeper to keep track of my runs every Sunday and try to go as far as I possibly can. I know that when I go out my goal is to sweat and also reflect on the week ahead. I also try and drink a full gallon of water every Sunday to clean myself out. Youll be amazed at how fresh you feel on Monday morning if you give this a shot.
