1. Spent some QT with my Aunt Ophie and Uncle George tonight. Good for the soul. 2. Had a better report than I expected this week especially after I had an echocardiogram technician who needs more bedside training. Mr. You ever have a hole in your heart? or Have you ever been in congestive heart failure? is apparently a big ol stupid head. 3. I am sleeping well for the first time in a long time. My heart does not feel like its going to explode from stress anymore. My shoulders and neck no longer ache 24/7. My head has quit pounding. No more panic attacks. My conscious is clear. Best deal Ive made in a long, long time. 4. Love this spring weather. Lawn mower in the process of getting serviced and cleaned up for the season. Yes, I will mow my own grass until later in the summer. When I stop riding Big Red then youll know Im a goner for sure. 5. When I grow up I want to get my hair cut like Barbara Ann Calleo Cavanaghs mom. This mess Ive got on top of my head with all these cowlicks is embarrassing.
