THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD TODAY [NOTE: IN THE DARK BLUE COLOUR]: A Developed Country or More Developed Country (MDC), is a Sovereign State that has a Highly Developed Economy and Advanced Technological Infrastructure. Most Commonly the Criteria for Evaluating the Degree of the Economic Development are the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the Per Capita Income, the Level of the Industrialization, the Amount of the Widespread Infrastructure, the General Standard of the Living, etc. Which Criteria are to be Used and which Countries can be Classified as being Developed are Subjects of the Debate. The Developed Countries have Post Industrial Economies, meaning the Service Sector provides More Wealth than the Industrial Sector. According to the International Monetary Fund, Advanced Economies Comprise 65.8% of the Global Nominal GDP and 52.1% of the Global GDP (PPP) in 2010. The following are the Developed Countries of the World Today: Many of the West European Countries [All of the European Economic Area (EEA) Countries, a few of the European Union Countries outside the EEA, etc.], All of the North American Continent Countries, Japan, South Korea, Israel, All of the Australian Continent Countries, etc.
