1 day of cad design and 2 days of homedepot back and force and drilling and screwing I manage to build me a BED the way I liked it. All solid wood on the top and a frame strong enough to withstand 100 kg guy jumping up and down on it :) perhaps a bit over did it buy 110% happy with results. My main concern now is that if I want to move what I could do with a bed that weight over 150kg and doesnt go through the door. (I made it tad bigger than California king standard size. I guess I got no choice to design my own house next time to avoid dealing with petty problems like this.
