1. failure to stop at a 4 way stop. ( rolling stop) 2. speeding in excess of 30 mph 3. failure to use turn signal while making a right hand turn 4. reckless endangerment ( serving in and out of designated lane) No, these are not tickets i just receive but actions i just witness a state trooper do in Clyde america. these 4 actions by a civilian would have cost them their entire monthly income, and potentially an arrest. this is why i wish their were some way to ensure that those we entrust to uphold the law (statues) uphold it themselves. who maintains the checks and balances for those whos job it is to maintain checks and balances?
