1 hour and 5 minute treadmill walk and 5 minute cool down! I FEEL FANTASTIC! I was thinking about the discussion that took place in church service last Sunday about our bodies, health and eating habits. With all of these crazy challenges going on in the world and broadcast on social media, I have a challenge to put out there. 30 day challenge of no fast food, no bread, no soda or sugary drinks, no potatos, no sweets, chips, candy, no fried foods...nothing sugary, salty or greasy. Substitute with all baked foods, veggies, water, fruit etc. 30 days starting today! There are some great meal suggestions and ideas online that are inexpensive, filling and delicious! Mark Boyd, Renee Bennett, Roger Bennett, Lavern Still Here Ceaser, Reece Still Blessed Ceaser, Charles E. Weaver III, Carla Boyd, and whomever else is up for this challenge! 30 minutes of some Type of exercise at least 3 times per week. Be encouraged to be healthier! I will be tracking my personal progress daily! But, each time you eat something you shouldnt, you have to put $1 in a Weakness Jar. At the end of the 30 days, that money will be donated to a charity! Have fun!
