Western Cape in no particular order, thats my analysis of the Top 10 Factors that our campaign had to work against. Any other party would have completely lost the elections on all fronts when faced with such daunting odds. The fact of the matter is that, against all those odds, the ANC has retained its position in national govt and is set to retain all the provinces it governed before, including a slight growth in WC. A party without such a good story to tell would have dropped by at least 30% overall but as things stand the %drop is about 3% but the absolute numbers show that the 11million people who voted for us in 2009 have done it again.
