10:30pm on a school night. We JUST got home and got kids in bed. Thats what the rest of the week will look like too. Rob and I are exhausted and have been for weeks. We have been wondering why in the world we let Tim talk us into doing this. Then tonight, during curtain call, I look across to the other side of the stage and see my seven year olds face. She is having the time of her life. For the past three months, not once has she complained about the late nights or said she didnt want to go to the theater. She really and truly loves all of this. I needed tonight. I needed to see her happy face. It has made it all so worth it! I cannot thank Tim and Andrea enough for the time and energy they invest in our kids. Few people realize how much work they put in. Yes, Prince Philip this might be another blog post, but Ill blame pregnancy hormones this time :) Pregnancy hormones and the fact that this Mrs. Mayor is just about all Seussed out, but we must keep calm and Seuss on!!!!
