10 Commandments of a Supervisor: 1. Thou shall not refuse escalation calls. 2. Thou shall not scream and shout and let it all out when an agent does not follow his/her scheduled breaks. 3. Thou shall answer all the queries/confusions/doubts of agents regarding the process. 4. Thou shall not pout and snout when your agent is absent or late! 5. Thou shall not slam/tap the table when an agent asked if you can take his/her escalation. 6. Thou shall not be bias nor prejudice when giving a Notice to Explain to agents who violated the companys conduct and discipline. 7. Thou shall not be late/absent as it reflects your attitude towards work, hence you must be punctual at all times. 8. Thou shall manage by walking around. 9. Thou shall coach agents who failed/pass his/her metrices. 10. Thou shall not go out with your collegues for a group break/lunch! Naigo ko diri ah! Haha.. Konti lang!
