10 Cop Commandments (List of ideas Ive compiled to tackle the root of Americas cop problem) 1: Body cams on cops.. 2: An agency designated to policing police must be established.. 3: PR campaigns.. cops must spend x amount of hours a week servicing the public/interacting socially etc.. to build a cop/community connection.. 4: Drug test cops.. especially for steroids which is probably the most commonly used drug by cops and has side affects including rages. 5: Demilitarizing and/or regulating use of heavy weaponry by cops 6: Heavier penalties for criminal cops 7: Change rules of engagement 8: Eliminate quota system 9: Dismantle for profit prisons 10: Constitutional violations should be met with Treason charges
