10 trays of dehydrated kale chips, 15 trays of dehydrated jonah gold, honey crisp and other apples, asian and bosc pears, plus quinoa cranberry pilaf, red wine and off we go tomorrow over the hills to Greenwood Lake! not a very traditional Thanksgivikah menu, i must confess, but accompaniments to what shall be a veritable feast with my friends, Bill and Ilonka, who i am so grateful to for opening their home to us each year!
