100 killed in katsina, 10 killed in Birnin gwari, 50 killed in Benue, 200 killed in Maiduguri........ by those ghosts popularly known as Unknown Gunmen!!! Human life has completely lost its sanctity here!. We are now accustomed to hearing such news, to an extent it matters not who the victims are, in fact we just flip through the newspaper or TV channels to more interesting news, eg Malaysian lost plane or the crisis in Ukraine!. You will be shocked, but these are the kind of news that matters most to a lot of us in the big cities, at least it will further buttress our level of exposure!. Well, Mr exposure! These killings may be far away from you now, but this unknown gunmen are getting emboldened by the minute and they may come in whatever guise!.if the killing of hundreds somewhere is just a passing news, what difference does it make if it eventually catches up with some few hundreds elsewhere? irrespective of the motive!. We should wake up to our responsibilities, and start asking real questions, it is very dangerous in a society for evil men to know that they can get away with murder with just a little cover up!.........And yes! we should always have it, at the back of our mind that Life is life in whatever guise!. #awordisenoughforthewise#
