Most people think that we smile because we feel happy,but it can work the other way as well; we feel happy because we smile 😊 The benefits of smiling have been well researched for ways to improve mood 😃 I was happy therefore today to see Art of Living members out today giving smilies and spreading joy and happiness to people in the Zinj area - in a span of 20 minutes 500 people smiled 😍 Another reason for happiness today my big brother reached 60 😜😜 here he is with his gorgeous grandson and my great nephew the ever smiling Hudson 😍 Happy Birthday Bro! I also spent a very happy Iftar with EBs lovely extended family The Maklais😍 and happy to meet another lovely happy baby, Ryan who never stopped smiling 😊 Thank you for an amazing feast.
