#108 I am a div III manager now and Rajat Singhals old classmate buddy. He and I are good friends. I actually have not told this secret to anyone but I will tell now as it is not fair to all. Scouts are not random. Almost 95/100 scouts are random but 5 of them (the gem scouts) are given to select people. This is again sometimes randomly given or given to select people. these gem scouts can be juniors also. I myself have got 3 back to back scouts who all play for india cup. rajat personally had made it for me. My scouts were 17.23 Rel/Use, 17.11 Rel/Use and 17.17 Acc/Use. That time I had kept it a secret but now I feel like telling you all because from this page I have seen some the things abt unfairness and yes with some I also agree. The most recent person who was given this select scout whom I know was Kaushik Krishna (Kaukrish(super scouters)). This was also given by rajat to him. He was given his junior for helping some newbies in the forum and some of his forum posts abt training. Not only him, you might know amber gupta also. I just saw one post about him. You know how famous he was right? He was also given a junior. Many might not know, check his transfer history and check for amber gupta jnr. You might knw the mighty killer dollies right? same case as mine, no juniors but all her bowlers are gem scouts given to her. There is one more participating in this u20 who got like back to back gems for 3 or 4 weeks continuously. Same case again. Some of you may say lucky, fluke whatever, but nope, there is only a fraction of chance you might be lucky. maybe for 1 week yes, two weeks almost impossible, 3 weeks no chance. Devs also use this for themselves. Newbies wont know this fact, but long time back one of the devs had got 17 yr old ACC/ACC scout and had popped in 1 batting training. Some oldies might remember. There was a huge issue about this in the forum with titile :Are the devs playing fair and kashyap also said that he was on vacation and doesnt even know about this. And then later said it was a bug and will resolve it. That was all bullshit and bullshit only. Nothing else. It was infact cheating and they almost got caught. Now I know all these HW lovers will say devs are fair and my story is false. This is a management online game. Thats what the devs want you to think and I think the devs have succeeded in doing that to you. I am playing this game for so long time, but I spend only about 5 to 10 min on this game daily. So many will not know me or believe me. but anyway I just wanted to get this off my chest. Bye. enjoy other confessions :)
