10월 24일69회 유엔의 날을 맞이하여, 340명의 호주 젊은이들을 포함한 한국 전쟁 당시 한국의 자유와 민주주의를 위해 싸운 분들을 추모하고 참배하는 시간이 부산 UN 기념공원에서 열렸습니다. 281명의 호주 군인들이 부산 유엔 기념공원에 평화로이 잠들어 계시며, 브렛 다우징 호주국방무관이 콜린 페터슨, 주디스 페터슨과 함께 동생 레이먼드 네빌 페터슨을 위해 묵념의 시간을 가졌습니다. 페터슨 가족과 호주대사관 부대사, 브렛 다우징 호주국방무관이 부산 유엔 기념공원 호주 기념비 앞에서 추모식 후에 호주대사관 부대사, 콜린 페터슨, 주디스 페터슨, 호주대사관 2등 서기관이 기념촬영을 하였습니다. The 69th Anniversary of United Nations Day, commemorated at the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan on 24 October 2014, was a poignant tribute to those who died fighting for Koreas freedom and democracy during the Korean War, including 340 young Australians. 281 Australians rest at this peaceful cemetery in Busan and Colin and Judith Petersen are seen here paying their respects to their brother, Raymond Neville Peterson, with Defence Attaché Dowsing.
