On Halloween, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit agreed with Bloomberg and Kelly in toto. I will eat your hat before a live television audience if Here and Now stages a discussion this Sunday involving Black journalists and policy makers about this court ruling. Since I understand the modus operandi of white supremacy, this is a very, very safe promise.....Even if the federal appeals court had failed to disturb the legal posture of U.S. District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin, Mayor-elect William de Blasio, nonetheless, intended to sustain stop, question and frisk. This was a confession he made on the political stump since no one, including de Blasio, can reform or repair a badge of slavery. See the lone dissent of Justice Harlan in Plessy v. Ferguson.
