11 Things You May Not Know About Me I was given the number 11. Like this update and I will give you a number, too... 1. I have owned 3 horses; I competed regulary in Western Pleasure, and was awarded Youth Reserve Grand Champion & Grand Champion for show seasons during my high school years. 2. I lived at a Girl Scout camp for 8-weeks every summer of the first 3 years we were married. 3. We were married on the beach in Hawaii. 4. Terry & I were together 7 years before he asked me to marry him... we have been a couple since October 3, 1994 (were high school sweethearts & still celebrate that day as an anniversary!). 5. We got married on the same month & day that we got engaged: August 9th. 6. My dad wouldnt allow me to go on a date with Terry alone for almost the first two years we were dating... All of our dates had to be chaperoned by one of my parents (I was 15 & he was 18 when we started dating). 6. I dont like Valentines Day (never have!), but I LOVE Thanksgiving. 7. The Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie & I really like the Charlie Brown cartoons a lot too. 8. I once played Monopoly for 12 hours straight with friends... No one had won, so we just put the game away. 9. My absolute favorite place is the Adirondack Mountains. I feel most at home there. 10. I have gone backpacking & tent camping in the snow! 11. I used to be in a rock band with Terry as female vocalist & play flute.
