Many of the CrossFit exercises are designed with no thought given to proper form, and most people who are jumping on the wagon due to its perceived status as a miracle workout have no idea about proper workout form or why it is important. Combine that with CrossFit coaches who are way too eager to push the intensity on those who are not ready for it, and you have an instant recipe for injury. And then, you will have to call on a good soft tissue therapist for help.
