11yrs ago today at 11:11am I gave birth to a micro preemie born 14wks early. She was originally due Nov 7th and came into the world weighing 3lbs 5oz and 16in long. She started the fight for her life the minute she came Into the world. We were told she wasnt going to make it through her first night and many nights after that and twice we actually watched her truly fight death to stay here. Being 17yrs old and watching your fragile and medically dependent baby fight for her life hooked up to more machines and tubes then you can count was truly horrifying. After we got through our many many weeks in the NICU we were told countless disabilities and problems she was going to be facing as she grew up... And here we are 11yrs later and I have the most perfect, HEALTHY and beautiful blonde hair blue eyed little girl I have ever seen. She has the most caring and mothering personality and she is so compassionate. She saved me from myself and doesnt even know it. Everyday she brings me so much joy and Im beyond blessed to have been chosen as her mommy. Kelsee Dunn you are the light of my life my best friend my mini me!!! I love you more And more everyday and I try everyday to be the best mommy in the world because you deserve only the best!!! Thank you for being such an incredible daughter and such a wonderful person !! I cannot wait to continue to watch you grow up and see the amazing things you accomplish in your life!!! Happy birthday my princess!!! Mommy loves you bunches!!!!
