They worked on four houses, but have not done the other two he contracted for, and the gutters on the other houses are leaking. Desired Settlement: Satisfactory Solution: The consumer wants the work fixed and completed. Business Response: This job is in progress- we will follow up when the job is done. The job is projected to be completed in February. The roofing material is blended clay tile and is a special order with the manufacturer. Mr. (****) has alot of decorative detail on his roof and it requires special attention. As of todays date, all leaks have been stopped and the roof tile is being installed. BBBs Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
