12/25/14 - Thought for the day... Today we celebrate Christmas with our families and enjoy exchanging gifts and having a feast. We celebrate this day in remembrance of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, whom was born in a manger because there was no room in the inn. Once Jesus was born, an angel appeared to 3 wise men and told them a child is born of the virgin Mary in Bethlehem and you will know its Him. He is laying in a manger wrapped in swaddling cloths. They went to Bethlehem and found baby Jesus, just as the angels said,and they presented gifts to Jesus and worshipped Him. This is the reason for exchanging gifts and feasting.
