This main water line supping Drinking water miraculously is no longer leaking according to the test results done in Aug. 2014 by PA. Rural Water which is a membership-based organization for Municipalities. You can Guess what local contractor was going to get that contract to do the repairs on that water line? You tell me if Mrs. Rickard is lying and should be removed from the RTMA board after you look at the most recent certified Pa. RTKA request I made to the RTMA for a copy of that letter sent to Bill Shusters office. Whos signature do you see on this request to Bill Shusters office wanting $154,000 in money to replace this pipe and whats her position?
