The body scan is recommend daily. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 35 minutes. You could even perform this body scan while lying in bed before sleep (try not to fall asleep). Where earphones so that you can block out exterior noise, making it a little easier to keep your awareness on the body scan.
