Hope:He was shot while driving,lost control of the car and crashed into a bulding,hel be Ok,Ill pay for his bills,its the least I can do since I failed to save him Me:Is that supposed to make me feel guilty? Hope:No,you are heartless,I dont expect anything from you,can I please go? Me:Iam heartless?you can go Hope:Thank you I got in bed and he left. Lame:You have a meeting at two,dont forget. Me:Please cancel the meeting,Iam not feeling well Lame:I cant,its with the board members I thanked her,I powdered my face and walked to the boardroom,we were introduced to new members,when the meeting was done,I walked back to the office,I called Hope,he wasnt picking up,I called Zakes Me:Where is Hope? Zakes:Hospital Me:Tell him to answer his phone I hung up and called Hope,it went straight to voicemail.I cleared my desk and walked out,someone called my name,I turned around Guy:Knocking off already?Iam Lucas,from CA,we just attended the same meeting Me:Oh,Iam in a hurry,see you around Lucas:I just wante I got in the car and drove off,I drove to the hospital,found Hope and Zakes,kissed him and sat next to Zakes Me:How is he? Zakes:Pulling through,the operation was a success. We prayed and left,got home,Hope was avoiding me.We went upstairs,he showered and got busy on his laptop Me:Are you avoiding me? Hope:Why would I? Me:I ddnt know it was gonna end up bad Hope:its done,if you dont mind,iam working I walked out and went to the lounge,sat on the couch,memories of Martin and I playing games flooded,I cried,and prayed.Hope walked in Hope:Iam going to the hospital Me:This time? Hope:Yeah,she is in labour He took his keys and wallet and walked out.
