12 X-Ens promoted, 15 SEs shifted Srinagar, June 21: Government today ordered placement of 12 Incharge Executive Engineers (Electrical) as Incharge Superintending Engineers in their own pay and grade. These Executive Engineers are Bashir Ahmad Baba, Abdul Rashid Wani, Sunil Kumar, Manhar Gupta, Gurmeet Singh, Bashir Ahmad Dar, Raheela Wani, Sanjeev Rathore, Naseer Ahmad Khan, Javed Yousaf Dar, Ashwani Kumar Sachdeva and Hashmat Ali Qazi. Upon these placements, Principal Secretary, Power Development Department, A K Mehta has ordered transfers and postings of Incharge Superintending Engineers with immediate effect. Sunil Kumar Gupta has been transferred from EP Circle-I Jammu and posted in CVPP against an available vacancy. Ashwani Kumar Gupta has been transferred from EM&RE Circle Kathua to EPC-II Srinagar against available vacancy. S K Zutshi, Superintending Engineer EM&RE Circle-II Srinagar has been transferred and posted in JKSPDC against available vacancy. As far as promotees are concerned, Bashir Ahmad Baba has been posted as SE Circle SO Bijbehara, Abdul Rashid Wani as SE EM&RE Circle Pulwama, Sunil Kumar as SE EM&RE Circle Jammu, Manhar Gupta as SE S&O Circle-I Jammu, Gurmeet Singh as SE M&RE Circle Rajouri-Poonch, Bashir Ahmad Dar as SE P&D Srinagar, Rasheela Wani has been posted as SE EPC-I Jammu vice Sunil Kumar Gupta. Sanjeev Rathore has been posted as SE EM&RE Circle Kathua vice Ashwani Kumar Gupta, Naseer Ahmad as SE S&O Circle Srinagar against available vacancy, Javed Yousaf Dar as SE JKSPDC against available vacancy, Ashwani Kumar Sachdeva as SE Circle Leh and Hasmat Yousaf Qazi as SE EM&RE Circle Srinagar vice S K Zutshi.
