12 challenging questions I will give in my introduction on the book of James this Sunday morning: 1. Am I becoming more or less patient in the testings of life? 2. Do I flirt with temptation or flee from it? 3. Do I find it pleasurable in obeying God’s Word, or do I enjoy studying it for just the knowledge? 4. Does any form of prejudice bind me? 5. Am I able to bite my tongue or do I let it run freely? 6. Do I keep the peace or do I stir up trouble? 7. Is it the world or God who is my friend? 8. Do I take it upon myself to make plans without any concern for God’s will? 9. Does my money spending honoring to God or am I loose with what finances God has blessed me with? 10. Am I a person who goes in prayer when trouble comes or do I simply wait for it to pass? 11.Do others know they can come to me when they are in need of prayer? 12.What is my response when a brother or sister in Christ begins to wander off course? Do I graciously restore them or do I criticize and gossip about their shortcomings?
