12 days home now & 21 days post Glenn! Once Willow was able to start eating again at the hospital I tried to give her the bottle but she wouldnt take it. She just chewed on it So I thought ok I guess we will have to work our way back to where we left off. Give it time. 2 days later she attacked the bottle, all on her own Willow tripled her bottle intake. I did not change my approach at all. Apparently thats the difference in how she felt after the Glenn surgery. Was so hard for me to believe my baby really didnt have the energy to eat when she looked ok on the outside. Anyway shes doing super good with the bottle & I love feeding her its such a joy. She eats like every 2 hours. I just give it whenever she wants it. We both had a few firsts this week also- at 6 months old we 4 made our first trip to mamaw & papaw Batte Sunday & then Tuesday we 3 made our first visit to mamaw papaw wambles. Willow loved visiting. Shes just a lil people person, so friendly. It was also great for me to venture out on my own for first time with just me & my 2 babies for the shorter trip.
