12 persons injured in road mishaps: Srinagar, Oct 22: An elderly person was hit by a motorcycle this afternoon at Anantnag, moreover, eleven other persons were injured in different road accidents across the valley. A Motorcycle bearing registration number Jk03C/6943 hit and injured 55 years old Mohammad Rajab Wani age son of Abdul Ahad Wani resident of Warwan near Gulshanabad, K.P road Anantnag today afternoon. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Anantnag for treatment. Anantnag Police has registered a case in this regard. A Tata Sumo bearing registration number Jk03A/9505 hit and injured a six years old girl Falaq Shiraz daughter of Shiraz Ahmad Parray resident of Brakpora near Brakpora, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Anantnag. The injured girl was shifted to hospital for treatment. Anantnag Police has registered a case in this regard. Meanwhile, a Maruti car bearing registration number Dl2CL/0713 hit and injured Sher Ali son of Bindoo Hussain resident of U.P near Sherpora, Janglat Mandi crossing, in the jurisdiction of Police station Anantnag. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Anantnag Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Tractor bearing registration number Jk01/1285 skidded off the road near Budugam, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Tulail, Bandipora. Three persons were injured in this incident. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Bandipora police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Wagon-R bearing registration number Jk05/3454 hit and injured Basher Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Gani resident of Pazipora Vilgam near Kupwara hospital. The injured was shifted to Bone and Joint Hospital, Srinagar for treatment. Kupwara Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, 13 years old Anam Maqbool and 07 years old Subi Maqbool son and daughter of Mohammad Maqbool, residents of Drumgam were injured when a Auto load carrier bearing registration number Jk01Q/1279 hit them at Drumgam, in the jurisdiction of Police station Rajpora, Pulwama. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Pulwama Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a load carrier bearing registration number Jk01D/3081 hit and injured Iram Ahmad Khan son of Abdul Gaffer resident of Hardoo Abar, Magam near JVC Hospital, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Parimpora. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura for treatment. Parimpora Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Scooter bearing registration number Jk04A/9586 hit and injured a lady Aisha wife of Ghulam Mandoo resident of Samarbugh at Kanipora, in the jurisdiction of Police station Nowgam. In this incident, the scooterist Mohammad Ahsan son of Ghulam Hassan Najar resident of Chanapora was also injured. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Nowgam police has registered a case in this regard.
