12 ppl shot....already...this weekend.....our Black Community leaders are NOW crying that these young teens have no outlet. Give me a break ..one of the deaths...a 16yr old kid...was found murdered in a basement apt. at around 3 a.m.. Why was a 16yr.old kid out at 3 a.m.? (When I was 16...I was home and In bed by midnight, at the latest, or I got grounded and all my privileges taken away) Where are the parents? Why arent they parenting? This makes me so mad because it makes our beautiful city look bad. Its high time our Black Community leaders STOP blaming everyone else for these ghetto ass kids and START holding the parents accountable. I firmly believe that if your kid kills someone and its proven, in court, that you neglected this child, you should go to jail as well. This would immediately get these lazy ass, trash parents up and actually dealing with their children. *Yet another reason why people having to go through an application process to reproduce is starting to look better and better....* I am angry. My friend got jumped,beat up and robbed, in broad daylight by a gang of these punk ass wastes of life...and I see kids like them milling around in my neighborhood every day.(one such group knocked out an old lady and stole her purse two weeks ago...the WORST kind of cowardice) Our Black Community leaders need to get off their ass and do something. ...the time for finger pointing and excuses HAS to stop. It not racism...its not a Lack of Outlets for teens. They need to shift their outcries and blame to the parents of these kids. I wasnt going to apply for a concealed carry permit...Im not a big gun guy....but after seeing these things on the news I am definitely going to apply...I hope I never EVER need to use it....but I will be damned if I let myself or anyone I know get taken out by these punk kids. It starts with the parents.Wake up. Sad.
