12 years ago I was a young wife & mother of two young daughters. I had a home daycare during the day and was attending paramedic school & working in the ER at night. Although I knew without doubt already that I wanted to be a medic, this tragic day 12 years ago pushed me even more to continue that path. I will never forget! Many thanks and prayers to the fire, EMS & police families. It has been a pleasure in my life to be a part of this group of people. May we all do our work in honor of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
