13 mile bike 800 meter swim.... YUCK! You dont win every single battle when fighting a War... is what Randy said to me when he answered my call for a ride home from the YMCA because mentally I just couldnt do ANY more... There are many ways to look at todays training session where I failed to get in the distance that was slated. The distance was NOT the issue AT ALL but my Ugly Schizophrenia was/is. The Great news is that I made it out of the door to train and did NOT just crawl into bed and give up, totally. I did learn though that as soon as I relinquish to my Schizophrenia it is pretty much OVER! I have to figure out ways to train through days like today...As of right now, I dont have any answers BUT I will figure it out!!!
