13 more hours.. God help me make it 13 more hours. This elective selection by my doctor to keep me catheterized for a week post surgery was not only uncalled for but cruel. It has severely diminished my ability to recover at all this week. Putting me in the position for much greater pain and agitation, And just remembering the nurse practitioner stating they would normally take it out by Friday but because of the holiday, postponed until Monday is bull shit. Especially when I was in Urgent Care of Friday crying my eyes out with the pain of this thing pushing me over the edge of sanity and am told... no, it needs to stay till Monday. Once again I say BULL SHIT. Not any amount of comfort under the son will touch not only my pain, nauseousness, but also my anger. I hope they are ready to see one evil woman come tomorrow.
