13 things 1. My first concert was Elton John when I was only 3. I still remember little flashes of it. 2. My second concert was Journey at Murphy Center. I was 4. It was loud. Apparently, quite a few people around us were enjoying the herb. I passed out. I think this explains a lot. 3. At almost 34, I still get irritated by the typical reaction people have to only children. 4. I should have studied engineering. 5. I wish I had more appreciable skills. Wood working, welding, electronics, fabrication... anything, really. 6. I love humanity. Truly. 7. Too often, though, I REALLY dislike people. 8. And, thus, I dislike myself at times. Were all connected. Mostly, though, Im pretty awesome. So is everyone else. 9. The older I get, the harder I find it is to respect my elders. 10. I could really use a life mentor. #9 makes that kinda difficult. 11. It gets lonely out here on my little island. 12. If I can figure out how to turn flip my self-motivation switch on, you all better buckle up. 13. I never had the chance to meet Jon Haas. In fact, I didnt learn of his existence and tragically early demise until today. But, thats my aim, lofty as it may be. See # 12.
