Skill work 10 min HSPU - wall walks - Hand stand hold Work on being upside down. Conditioning Teams of 2 50- T2B sets of 5 ( partner must hang for bar) 40- wall balls sets of 5( partner must be in plank) 30- ring rows sets of 5( partner must be in a full squat) 20- burpees sets of 5( partner must hold wall overhead 10- front squats 135/75. Alternate each rep if bar touches the ground 5 Burpee penalty
