15 August 2014 MEMO FOR : TLC PARTNER SCHOOLS FROM: LANI-TLC Scholarship Secretariat, Office of the Mayor RE : TLC ALLOWANCE DISTRIBUTION on Aug. 19 & 20, 2014 GENERAL GUIDELINES: 1. Letters have been sent to ALL those in our OFFICIAL LIST as confirmed by the BILLING LIST (as to the actual official attendees). This means that anyone who was NOT in the billing list you submitted to us, will not receive a letter. 2. ONLY those who received a letter, and those who can present such letter will be allowed entry in the distribution. NO LETTER & REQUIREMENTS, NO ENTRY. 3. The TLC Scholars have been grouped into 5 schedules. Please come ONLY on your APPOINTED SCHEDULE, as shown below. 4. In case of conflict between the posted schedule outside the letter, the one written INSIDE (Schedule per school), will prevail. 5. As stated in the letter to the scholars, ONLY those in GRADE 7 are expected to bring along 1 of their parents or guardian. Parents/guardian of those in the upper years, if they have attended past briefings, are not anymore expected to come. 6. We encourage the School Head/owner or representative to attend the briefing/distribution so that we can have open and transparent communication.
