15 Day Plank Challenge Day 12: Side Plank Lay on one side of the body, elbow should be aligned with shoulder. Lift your side off the floor, place other hand at waist. You can bend knees or straighten them. Hold and recite quote. Repeat three times on each side. The Joy of The Lord is my strength. I am more than a conqueror through Christ that strengthens me. So, I have the grace I need for today. I am full of power, strength and determination. I will overcome every obstacle, outlast every challenge and come through every difficulty better than I was before. I am a Child of God. I am blessed and highly favored!
