15 Mile Run - Easy - just under 2 hours (about 7:50/mile) - 30 degrees, light winds. Ran down 96 street to Walnut Creek Lake, around the lake, back up 96th street to the Papio Trail, east to 72nd street, north on 72nd to Giles, west on Giles back home. Ran late. Caught a beautiful sunset. Ran in the dark the last 13 miles, but the mild conditions made up for it. After Run: Lunges, Push-ups, sit-ups, bicep curls (2 sets of 15); squats w/weights 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Lots of stretching. The third set of 20 squats was challenging after running 15 miles.
