150 liters kerosene oil seized, 4 black marketers held Jammu, September, 16th : Udhampur Police seized 150 litres of Kerosene oil from one shop , probably belonging to CAPD, which was meant for distribution among general public on subsidised rates. Reports said that on last late night , based on a reliable information, conducted raid in the shop of one Rajiv Gupta S/O Saroop Gupta R/O W.No.1 Subash Nagar District Udhampur and recovered 150 litres of Kerosene oil from there.R/O W.No.1 Subash Nagar District Udhampur who was illegally selling this Kerosene Oil to (1) Rakesh Khajuria S/O Krishan Lal R/O Jakhani (2) Basharat Hussain S/O Irshad Hussain R/O Khelai Tehsil Doda at present Basht Chenani and (3) Mohd Kashi S/O Barkat Ali R/O Jakhani Udhampur were arrested on spot . In this connection, a case FIR No.283/2012 U/S 3/7 E.C Act stands registered at police station Udhampur and further investigation of the case is going on.
