16 months ago I gave birth to a beautiful babygirl... shortly after birth I started taking the depo shot which did more damage than good. .. I gained almost 70 pounds in a matter of 4 months all with one shot of that poison. .. no im not making excuses I am declaring today after making moves to lose weight and returning to the gym that by easter I will be down at least 30lbs it is all about making time for me not to run the streets I dont need that kinda time 30 to 45 mins a day for a gym run... today is March 27 Easter is April 20th my goal is reachable prayer back to basics (bypass basics) that is... I got this yall... if anyone would like to help with child care on days where she does not go to school I would greatly appreciate it. .. my body is my temple I was much happier in my comfort zone but I have been challenged by Tamika Roberts to change my comfort zone... its ganna take work and dedication to my goal... I have the support of my best friend #MyKing and the determination too!!
