17 yrs of raising a boy isnt easy for a single mother, you have to play mum and dad at the same time and try to get the balance right. Today just confirmed for me that all my hard work over the years has paid off, Ive raised a wonderful lad who has a big, beautiful, heart of gold. When he was around 7 he gave a homeless old man (when we were on holiday) the rest of his lunch and some money off his own back...10 yrs later he hasnt changed his generous caring nature and today gave a homeless person his Nandos meal (cant say many teenage lads would do that) usually at that age they make fun of people less fortunate! For that I am immensely proud of him, so much so that the thought of the humbling act he did takes my breath away and brings tears to my eyes. Im so proud of you little man and the person you have become, keep that humbling, innocent nature, I love you xx
