18/7/14.............. Every day continues to amaze me and touches my heart and soul. I started my day my viewing the two beautiful houses that are to become Serenity lodge. I was blown over by the possibility that this is actually going to happen. So much potential there too for the future. Meeting tomorrow with a palliative care lead. After working a shift at the crematorium I had a meeting to discuss my training programme within residential homes and then I spent a wonderful hour with a very wonderful and dear friend.... before going on to do my first pagan funeral. It was beautiful. We had an alter with incense and crystals all on a beautiful alter cloth which the family asked me to keep along with some other personal things of the deceased. Again I was blown away and so touched by this. The family even gave me a beautiful sunflower. Such wonderful people. Our world is a beautiful place when we truly see the amazing people within it. Went over to see a lovely couple in Beccles after attending the wake whose naming ceremony I am going to perform next week for their little son then payed my respects at a crash site of a young lad whose service I am going to be undertaking and then I finished the day with a beautiful candle lite evening on the beach with my beautiful girls and another dear friend. What will tomorrow bring. Who knows ...........
